John O'Regan

John O'Regan is an Irish running legend, sponsored by both Great Outdoors Dublin and Helly Hansen. He's travelled the world over trail running and taken on some of the most hardcore of challenges including the Yukon 100 Mile Arctic Ultra and the 246km(!!!) Spartathlon in Greece. He has represented Ireland nine times in the Ultra Marathon competing in 24-hrs,100K and Ultra trail. He is currently training for the 24-hr World championships 2015.

Pay as much attention to rest and recovery as you do to your training and don't ignore injuries.

Christian Nachtigall Running up Djouce

Christian Nachtigall

Christian  hails from Brazil and has spent the last 2 years working part time for Great Outdoors whilst studying english. He is currently on honeymoon having recently gotten married. Even though his background is in accountancy, his real passion in life is sports. With whatever spare time he has left, he trains…a lot!

This year he has started Ultrarunning, no mean feat in itself, and has finished well in every race he has taken part in.

Just have a happy life, but I really want to do the UTMB - Ultra-Trail du Mont Blanc, too, and do it well.I also plan to become a fitness instructor, focusing on running and cycling.

Enjoy your life as much as you can (sensibly). Learn from someone else mistakes.
