Kilimanjaro (5896m) is not only Africa’s highest point, it is the highest free standing mountain in the world. This 12 day itinerary includes seven days of walking on the Machame trail, the most scenic route to the summit. The Kilimanjaro expedition incorporates seven days on the mountain, which allows for great acclimatisation and maximises chances of a successful summit attempt. The route provides spectacular scenery and a wide variety of different landscapes. This trek is suitable for people with a good level of fitness who enjoy a challenge. The sense of achievement and view from the roof of Africa makes all the hard work and effort well worth it!

Trekking in Morocco is always a special experience. This eight day itinerary is suitable for experienced trekkers who have a good level of fitness. This circular route includes six days of walking, taking us to the more remote villages and wilderness areas of the High Atlas mountains. We cross many high passes and near the end of the week we summit Mt. Toubkal (4167m) North Africa’s highest peak. Mt. Toubkal is a non-technical trekking peak and requires no previous mountaineering experience. As well as enjoying this fantastic trekking route you will also get a chance to sample the dramatic sights and smells found in the walled city of Marrakesh.

The Kenya Tri Adventure expedition is a challenge of a lifetime covering more than 200km in seven days. The expedition includes four days of trekking to Mt Kenya (4985m), two days of biking and one day of exhilarating rafting on the Tana River. Each day on the route offers something different and every day is a challenge in its own right. This itinerary includes two game drives with opportunities to see Africa’s famous “Big Five” (Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Leopard and Buffalo). Kenya is a country of tremendous diversity; landscapes vary from glaciated mountains with snow-capped peaks, to dense forest to flat desert plains.

Our Mt Kenya trek takes you to the second highest peak in Africa, after its famous neighbour over 300km to the south- Kilimanjaro. The huge advantage that Mt Kenya has over Kilimanjaro is that there is always much less trekkers on the mountain. We will take the most scenic and remote route to the summit. You will enjoy four nights of wild camping on the trek, sharing stories around a campfire and gazing at the stars. Not only is our Mt. Kenya trek a fantastic 5 days of trekking but we will also have time to experience some of the most unique delights Kenya has to offer. We will enjoy two game drives with the chance of spotting Africa’s big five; lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard and rhino.
