These are lightweight and comfortable, with the support of the heavier walking shoes range. Smart enough for work. You can use your own insoles in them. Love them!
A good size and on a very hot day it lasted 48hrs but would have another day out of it, a decent product.
My recent purchase of the Bhutan from Great Outdoors was a great decision. Have been wearing them here hillwalking in Croatia on rough rocky terrain and they have proven ideal for such surfaces . No breaking in required.
Have been using an MSR Pocket Rocket but it's hard to find a day on the hills in Ireland where it isn't windy. Made the jump to the Windburner and loving that I can now put on a brew no matter the conditions. Great stove and packs away so tidily with the smaller MSR gas canister fitting inside.
Really pleased with this purchase. The walking trousers are a great buy. Very comfortable and flexible. A real addition to a day’s walking.
Delivery was quick and product looks good. Won't know how well they work until there is ice or snow in the winter.
These buckles replaces broken buckles. So, a buckle on a loop which is sewn in at the factory. The buckle breaks, gets crushed on the bus, you stand on it and make s#!+ of it, or in my case, the dog shredded it into bits. Summit buckles have pins which **** in and out,(so you don't have to undo stitching). I have mine on a dog harness and he is strong. The summit buckles are sold via the width of the strap. Measure, and buy accordingly. You will have to remove the old buckles. Summit buckles comes in pairs (male and female). I highly recommend these. Would I buy again? Yes. Are the expensive? They are a little expensive. Would I purchase from great outdoors again? Yas
This is a fantastic headtorch. I would expect nothing else from Petzl. My only quibble is that the torch's up and down rotationary feature is a little bit fiddly

Great quality product, competitively priced and quick delivery
Have used this product previously and have been pleased with the results- rain drops beaded on treated surfaces. I used it this time on a Helly Hanson riggers coat and am most disappointed - a short rain shower was not repelled at all. I would reluctant to wash and proof my coat again with this product.
These were delivered very promptly and fit like a glove. Wore them every day on a very active hiking trip to Iceland without breaking them in and my feet were very happy :) No blisters,great grip and sturdy but not heavy. Delighted with these!
I wanted something lighter than my walking boots for daily walking during the summer months. These are comfortable and a good fit and almost exactly what I wanted. However, I cannot give them 5 stars as although the Gore-Tex label says "Guaranteed to keep you dry", they don't quite do that. The uppers were damp after walking for about 45 minutes on damp grass. However, the soles were perfectly waterproof.
These excellent shoes were delivered to me less than 24 hours after ordering. As soon as I put them on I realised how comfortable they were for my broad, wonky feet! Highly recommended, I will be buying another pair before these ones wear out. They look good too, if I can manage to keep them clean!
I am very happy with my new boots but feel that they appear to be slightly smaller than my previous boots. This may change as they stretch - apart from that, as usual, Meindl are good for me!!
Brilliant sandals, very happy I went with staff advice. Walked London for 4 days the same week I got them and not a single blister, no rubbing, etc. Delighted with them 👍
The Tech Wash did a great job with my textiles, and the waterproofing TX Direct completely exceeded my expectation! Water just runs down the textiles better than when they were new!
Good top. It's not neoprene in the chest - just rubber - which I guess is why it's more for sailing than full immersion. Still, I liked it for pier jumping with the kids. Easier than putting on a full wetsuit in August when the water is warm anyway.
