msr-dynalock-ascent-carbon-poles
DynaLock Ascent Carbon Poles

The MSR DynaLock Ascent Carbon Backcountry Pooles are z-folding carbon-fibre poles for mountaineering, trekking and snowshoeing. They are ultralight at just 470 grams per pair, and fold down small enough to fit inside most alpine packs, this makes them an excellent choice for both mountaineering with long approaches and longer backpacking or trekking trips. The DynaLock lock means that you can tighen the pole by hand if it slips with no tools, which gives it a huge edge over competitor lightweight poles. The small folds to 36.2cm and the large folds to 44.5cm.

Brand: MSR

Model: DynaLock Ascent Carbon Poles

Ideal For: Snowshoeing, mountaineering, splitboarding

Sizes: Small: 100-120cm | Large: 120-140cm

Item Codes: Small: 10236 | Large: 10237

Weight (Per Pair): Small: 470g | Large: 500g

Collapsed Length: Small: 36.2cm | Large: 44.5cm

Adjustment: 20cm, DynaLock with tool-free tensioning

Lever: Anodised aluminium

Shaft: Kevlar-reinforced carbon fibre

Design: Quick-deploy folding

Grips: EVA foam, with extended lower grip

Baskets: Winter and summer baskets included

Colour: Carbon

Made In: Taiwan

Demo Video: Watch the set-up and adjustment video (YouTube)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0686/0259/3584/files/10236_msr_ascent_poles_reg_expanded_PR.jpg?v=1793640317
