This shell is made from lightweight, two-layer DryVent™ with taped seams and a water-repellent finish. All this means you stay dry, protected from the wind, and won't get too hot and sweaty in the process - ideal when hiking in shifting conditions. It features a fitted, adjustable hood and a cinch cord hem, and elasticated cuffs to keep bad weather out. A brushed knit chin guard means the top of the zip won't become irritating and there are two zipped hand pockets.

Air can easily pass through the fabric in this garment, helping to regulate body temperature.
DWR - WATER REPELLENT
A durable water-repellent finish provides protection from light moisture and fabric saturation.

- Ensure the jacket is clean by wiping off any dirt or debris.
- Follow the instructions on the Nikwax product for best results.
- Apply Nikwax TX.Direct Wash-In to the jacket in a washing machine.
- Run a gentle cycle with cold water to distribute the product evenly.
- Dry the jacket according to the manufacturer's instructions, either by air drying or using a tumble dryer.
- Once dry, check if the jacket's water repellency has been restored.
- If needed, apply Nikwax TX.Direct Spray-On to any areas that require additional waterproofing.
- Allow the jacket to dry completely before using it again.
- Repeat the process periodically to maintain the jacket's waterproof properties.
