- Velocity Cag
The Palm VelocityCag is the ideal full blown dry cag. Ideal for the average club paddler and weekend white water warrior.
Fully breathable, fully dry, XP 2 Layer Fabric, twin seal, latex wrist and neck with neoprene cuff protectors, a great cag for a run down the Avonmore or Carragh during those cold and wet Winter days.

"Good cag for the money"
First bit of kayaking gear I bought. I used it for three years of my outdoor adventure course. Was great even over a wetsuit for keeping the heat in! Summer time it's perfect to wear just a thermal under it with a pair of shorts.
Still use this cag now, although its not totally dry now it still does the job on the summer days.
Really good for a beginner kayaker - intermediate. Can be worn all year round with a good layering system underneath & the combination of a pair of dry/semi dry pants.
Well worth the few bob to keep you nice and warm.

To prolong the lifespan of the Palm Surge Cag, keep it breathable and waterproof, we recommend that you wash it in Grangers Performance Wash and recoat the DWR with Grangers Xtreme Repel.
When packing your gear away, fold it up loosely and take care not to let latex seals come into contact with abrasive dirt, sand or oil-based substances (including sunscreen and insect repellent). Try not to leave your gear in a damp condition for long periods. Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle/delicate cycle at a maximum temperature of 30 ˚C. We recommend washing with Granger’s Performance Cleaner liquid detergent. We also recommend that you spray the outside of your garment with Granger’s XT Proofer to renew the DWR. Do not tumble dry. Hang your gear out of direct sunlight to dry naturally. Once dry, check to see if any repairs are necessary. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Don’t pile your gear high, or stuff it all back into one bag. Avoid compressing your gear.
