How to Measure — Footwear

Foot Length Trace your foot on paper. Measure from the back of the heel to the tip of the longest toe in a straight line. Use the larger foot if they differ.

Foot Width Measure from just below the ball of your foot to the outside, below the base of the little toe. Round to the nearest 0.5mm.

Best Time to Measure Measure your feet in the afternoon or evening when they are at their largest after daily activity.

Between Sizes? For a more secure fit, try the smaller size. For more room for your toes, go up half a size.

⚠ Updated Sizing — Clifton 10, Arahi 8 & Challenger 8 These models have updated sizing. HOKA recommends going down half a size in UK from your usual HOKA size. For example, if you normally wear a UK 5.5 in Clifton or Bondi, try a UK 5 in these models. If you're new to HOKA, stick with your usual size.
