You can purchase in-store gift cards both in our stores physically, or get it posted by purchasing online.
Short answer - NO they do not!
You can add funds to an in-store card in our stores. We unfortuately cannot update or add funds to digital gift cards at this time, but can issue newly-purchased ones instantaneously.
Unfortunately - physical gift cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced. We recommend keeping them in a safe place to avoid any loss.
We can re-send Digital Gift Cards to the original email address that purchased that card.
Our standard return and exchange policies apply to purchases made with the Gift Card. Please refer to our store's return policy for details and guidelines.
Yes you can! Simply contact our team here with the following - gift card number & 6-digit pin (if applicable)
We issue physical cards when bought in-store with the balance immediately updated. We post physcial cards that are purchased online in a stamped envelope. We instantly email digital gift cards.
