Items Shipped Off-Site
Some items we stock such as particular watches, GPS & climbing items are kept off-site from our primary shipping location. We try our very best to get these products shipped within 2 business days of ordering to keep our service as efficient as possible. We try to mark products when possible with a lead-time, but if you have any queries on Garmin, Kayaks or climbing products and whether they are ready to be shipped in our shipping location - feel free to ask us via email or phone for a lead time enquiry!

Available to Order Items (Out of Stock Items)

The inclusion of any product on our website is not a guarantee of it being in stock at the time of ordering. Great Outdoors stocks one of the most comprehensive ranges of equipment in the country. However, situations beyond our control may occasionally result in an item(s) being temporarily unavailable.

Items discontinued by manufacturers or that are no longer available that season - we endeavour to remove from our website as quickly as possible. Sometimes, somebody has just counted wrong, human error is unfortunately unavoidable.

 If we are unable to supply any item(s) within 14 days, you will be contacted by telephone or email to offer alternatives or cancel your order. Available-to-order items, marked to follow will be sent automatically when they become available. We do NOT make additional charges for this service.

We reserve the right to change these conditions due to unforeseen circumstances or if an item has run out of stock and has to be specially ordered. We will keep you posted on any changes to the best of our ability.

There are busy periods such as Black Friday & Christmas where demand may result in minor delays to services such as order fulfillment and courier speeds. If you need something within a specific time frame - we recommend you contact our store first.

Couriers we work with are beyond our control, and times of delivery may be subject to change in times of national holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
