The charts below give body measurements that each garment size is designed to fit. Measured wearing only baselayers or light clothing.
Men's Clothing
Body measurements in centimetres (cm). Measured wearing baselayers or light clothing — tape firm but not tight.
Tip: If you are between sizes, go up to the next size. Garment sizing already accounts for whether the item is close-fitting or designed to be worn over layers.

How to Measure

ChestMeasure at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal. Tape should be firm but not tight.

WaistMeasure at the narrowest point above the pelvis, keeping the tape horizontal.

Inside LegMeasure from the crotch to the bottom of the ankle along the inside of the leg while standing.
Women's Clothing

Tip: If you are between sizes, go up to the next size. Hips are often the best size predictor for women's legwear.

How to Measure

ChestMeasure at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal. Tape should be firm but not tight.

WaistMeasure at the narrowest point above the pelvis, keeping the tape horizontal.

HipWith feet shoulder-width apart, measure at the fullest point of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.

Inside LegMeasure from the crotch to the bottom of the ankle along the inside of the leg while standing.
Gloves & Mitts
Hand circumference in centimetres (cm), measured at the widest part of the palm excluding the thumb, with fingers relaxed.
Tip: Measure your dominant hand. Keep fingers in a relaxed position with the palm facing up. The tape should be firm but not tight. If between sizes, size up for a more comfortable fit.

How to Measure — Gloves

Palm UpHold your dominant hand with the palm facing upward and fingers in a relaxed, natural position.

Wrap the TapeWrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your palm, excluding your thumb. The tape should be firm but not tight.

Find Your SizeUse the measurement in centimetres to find your size in the chart above. If between sizes, go up to the larger size.
