Men's Clothing
All measurements are body measurements. Chest and waist in cm and inches.
Tip: If you are between sizes, go up to the larger size. For overtrousers, the waistband is elasticated and extends significantly — check the extended waistband measurement for layering over trousers.

How to Measure — Men's

ChestMeasure the fullest part of your chest, placing the tape just under your arms and across your shoulder blades.

WaistMeasure around your waist at the height where you would normally wear your trousers.
3
Inside LegMeasure from your crotch down to where your trouser leg normally sits on your shoe.
Women's Clothing
All measurements are body measurements. Bust, waist and hip in cm and inches.
Tip: If you are between sizes, go up to the larger size. For overtrousers, the elasticated waistband extends significantly to fit over base and mid-layers.

Socks — Shoe SizeCraghoppers socks are sized by UK shoe size. Find your usual UK shoe size in the chart above to find the right EU sock size.

Gloves — Hand CircumferenceWrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your palm, excluding the thumb, with fingers relaxed together. Match the measurement in cm to the chart above.

Between Glove Sizes?Go up to the next size for a more comfortable fit. Gloves that are too tight restrict blood flow and reduce warmth in cold conditions.
