Incognito® originated from the personal experiences of its co-founders who encountered the adverse effects of synthetic insect repellents. Howard, having suffered from both malaria and dengue within a short span in Thailand and India despite using Deet and anti-malarial medication, recognized the limitations of conventional repellents. Similarly, Patricia, during her expedition to South America, refrained from using chemical-based Deet repellents due to the absence of water treatment facilities in the Amazon and the desire to preserve the pristine environment. However, the natural repellent she relied on proved ineffective.

Driven by their experiences, Patricia and Howard established incognito® with a shared commitment to develop a highly efficient, natural insect repellent without compromising user safety or environmental integrity. Serving as a protective shield, incognito® offers effective camouflage against mosquitoes, ensuring a harmonious coexistence with nature.

We offer free delivery on all orders over €75, and €5.95 for all orders under €75.
 -We aim to ship all orders placed before 1:00pm on the same business day and have it delivered next-day, but in busy periods this can take longer, so allow for up to 3 working days for fulfillment.

We accept returns within 31 days of receiving the item, either in-store or by post.

- In-store returns are Free of charge, and returns posted with An Post via our returns page are €5 from a post office, or €6 collected from your home.
