We would generally say yes, most Columbia jackets would fit true-to-size.

This is not accounting for every jacket from Columbia Sportswear - but many that we stock fit true to size.

Columbia footwear runs naturally true-to-size in terms of length for shoes and boots. It is also a regular/neutral width, so we would not say they run particularly big or small.
