Neat, good sound, but sensitive

I like the earbuds as they don’t go into the eardrum. But they are very sensitive to touch, my hair or a hood trigger jumping a chapter in an audiobook or switching it off. When I listen to something and I get a phone call it often disconnects and I have to hold the phone to my ear. It defeats the purpose a bit. Otherwise the sound is good and it sits tight. I had a different one which always fell down when bending down.
