Travel Backpacks

Adventure travel backpacks bridge the gap between a capable outdoor pack and a practical travel bag. Designed for trips where you need to move through airports, navigate cities, and still head out on a trail, packs like the Osprey Farpoint and Cotopaxi Allpa offer the organisation and carry-on dimensions of travel luggage with the comfort and durability of a proper outdoor pack — built for travellers who want one bag that does it all.

• Panel-Loading Design — Unlike top-loading hiking packs, adventure travel backpacks open clamshell-style like a suitcase, giving you full access to your kit at once — no unpacking everything to find what you need at the bottom.
• Carry-On Compatible — Many packs in this range are sized to meet standard carry-on guidelines, so you can move through airports without checking a bag. Always check individual pack dimensions against your airline's requirements before travelling.
• Stowable Harness System — Shoulder straps, hip belts, and back panels zip away cleanly behind a panel when not in use, so the pack handles like luggage through airports and transfers without straps getting caught on conveyor belts.
• Organisation — Dedicated laptop sleeves, internal dividers, organisation panels, and external pockets mean your gear stays accessible and sorted from check-in to basecamp.
• Weather Resistance — Built from durable, weather-resistant fabrics with DWR treatment to handle whatever conditions your trip throws at you — on the trail or off it.
• Versatile Capacity (25–46L) — Sized for trips from a long weekend to several weeks of carry-on travel, with enough volume to pack everything you need without checking a bag.
