Trail Lite Sleeping Pad

The Therm-a-Rest Trail Lite is a self-inflating sleeping pad that nails the balance of comfort, packability and three-season warmth, which is exactly what most backpackers and campers actually want. Unroll it at camp, open the valve, and the die-cut foam core inflates itself while you pitch your tent. Top it up with a few breaths to set your preferred firmness. At 3.8cm thick with a 3.2 R-value, it delivers genuine warmth and cushioning without the bulk, and it stays quiet and grippy underneath you through the night.

• Self-inflating comfort: the open-cell foam core inflates on its own, so you can set it up while you sort the rest of camp.
• 3.2 R-value, 3.8cm thick: reliable three-season warmth and cushioning from the ground.
• WingLock valve: up to three times the airflow of the classic valve, with one-way inflation to save your breath and much faster deflation.
• Light and packable: die-cut foam compresses down to leave room in your pack for other gear.
• Quiet and non-slip: comfortable and stable to sleep on, so you are not sliding off through the night.
• Stuff sack included for easy packing.
