Grangers Footwear Repel Plus is a spray-on DWR treatment that restores water-repellency to all outdoor footwear, with the added benefit of conditioning for leather, suede, and nubuck uppers. PFC-free, bluesign® approved, and straightforward to apply, it is the logical next step after cleaning — and an inexpensive way to extend the life of boots and shoes that are starting to let water in.
- Superior spray-on water-repellency — restores the DWR finish that degrades with wear and washing, allowing water to bead and run off rather than saturating the upper and soaking through to the sock.

- Apply to damp footwear for best results — spray evenly after cleaning while the boot is still damp, wipe off any excess, and allow to dry fully; a second coat can be applied once dry for additional protection.
- Maximises breathability — the PFC-free, water-based formula restores water-repellency without coating or blocking the breathable membrane, maintaining moisture management performance in GORE-TEX® and eVent® footwear.
- Bluesign® approved and PFC-free — a responsible, water-based formulation in a 100% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) bottle.
Top tip: always clean your boots with Grangers Footwear + Gear Cleaner before applying Footwear Repel Plus — DWR treatments bond significantly more effectively to clean, damp surfaces than to dirty ones.
