A premium chest strap sending accurate heart rate and HRV data, with running dynamics, watch-free activity recording and up to 2 months of battery. (24 words)

The HRM 600 is Garmin's premium chest strap heart rate monitor, built for athletes who train by the numbers. It replaces the HRM-Pro Plus and adds a rechargeable battery that lasts up to 2 months, a detachable module, and the ability to record activities without a watch. It sends heart rate and HRV data to your compatible Garmin watch, bike computer or app over both ANT+ and Bluetooth at the same time.

Runners get running dynamics, including step speed loss, plus pace and distance on a treadmill or indoor track. Team sport players can leave the watch at home: the strap records the session on its own and syncs it to the Garmin Connect app afterwards, with speed and distance data for sports like football, rugby, hockey and basketball. In the pool, it stores your heart rate underwater and sends it to your watch once you surface.

Rechargeable battery - up to 2 months of use at 1 hour a day, charged with Garmin's plug charger.
Watch-free recording - logs activities on the strap itself and syncs them to the Garmin Connect app, ideal for contact sports where a watch is not allowed.
Running dynamics - step speed loss and other running form metrics with a compatible Garmin watch.
Indoor pace and distance - treadmill and indoor track data without GPS.
Swim heart rate - stores heart rate during swim intervals and forwards it to your watch.
Dual connectivity - ANT+ with no connection limit and up to 3 Bluetooth connections at once.
Detachable module - unclip the module and machine wash the strap.
Tri-colour status LED - shows pairing and battery status at a glance.
