Peak Series Collapsible Squeeze 1L Bottle with Filter

The Lifestraw LifeStraw Peak Series Collapsible Squeeze is a 1L soft bottle with a built-in water filter, so you can drink from streams, lakes and rivers while on the trail. It removes bacteria, parasites, microplastics, silt and cloudiness, through a 0.2 micron membrane - but cannot remove viruses. How to use it: you can drink straight from it, squeeze filtered water into a pot or another bottle, or take the filter off and use it as a regular packable water bottle. The filter can fit both 28mm and 42mm bottle threads making it highly versatile. To keep it in perfect condition - backflush it regularly with the included tool to keep the flow up, this is especially important in silty water.

• 0.2 micron membrane filter - removes 99.999999% of bacteria, including E. coli, and 99.999% of parasites, including Giardia and Cryptosporidium, according to LifeStraw.
• Microplastic and sediment removal - filters out 99.999% of microplastics, silt, sand and cloudiness, so water from a murky stream comes out clear.
• 2,000-litre filter life - water stops flowing once the filter is used up, so you always know when to replace it.
• Collapsible 1L bottle - rolls up small when empty, and is made from thicker material than earlier LifeStraw designs.
• Several ways to use it - drink straight through the filter, squeeze clean water into a pot or another bottle, or take the filter off and use it as a plain bottle.
• 28mm and 42mm thread compatible - the filter also fits many standard drinks bottles and soft flasks, plus other LifeStraw Peak Series kit.
• Backwash tool included - flush the filter regularly to keep the flow strong, especially in silty water.
• No virus protection - it doesn't remove viruses or chemicals, so pair it with a purification tablet or UV treatment where viral contamination is a risk.
