This hang board will introduce you to specific holds (two-finger grips, inclined edges) offering a comprehensive and relevant training.
The central handle allows for one-arm workouts and is particularly suitable as an attachment point for a band to perform various exercises or to offload weight.
It also features a magnetic wedge system that reduces the depth of the holds by 10mm. Afraid of losing the wedges? No problem, you can store them on the magnetic supports located on each side of the hangboard.
