The Burma reincarnated, the Bhutan MFS Boot sports a streamlined upper and extra-soft ankle cushioning while retaining the Burma’s familiar sole unit and the well-fitting last.

Meindl’s leatherworking heritage is clearly evident in the fabrication of the Bhutan MFS as you pick it up. Added to the benefits of a top-quality leather upper, such as durability and comfort, is the reassurance of a waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex lining and an all-round rubber rand for protection against scuffs and scrapes.

Around the ankle collar, Memory Foam moulds to the shape of your ankle for a fantastic fit, extra support and instant breaking-in.

These features make this boot an easy choice for demanding hikes in the low-level mountains and even easy treks in the major mountain ranges.

Very good boot

Second pair of these boots. So worth buying. Lasts for years.

A reliable boot for mountain and trail use

I have just bought my second pair of Bhutan MFS after clocking over 4000Km's on my first pair over the last 5 years. I have replaced the heels on three occasions and the soles once due to wear but the boot upper itself has lasted the test of time on all terrains and in all weather conditions. Such a comfortable boot to hike in, would recommend highly.

Bhutan Purchase

My recent purchase of the Bhutan from Great Outdoors was a great decision. Have been wearing them here hillwalking in Croatia on rough rocky terrain and they have proven ideal for such surfaces . No breaking in required.
